Delete your account

You can delete your WhichFrat account and personal data at any time.

In the app

  1. Sign in to WhichFrat.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

That call removes your Firebase Auth user, your profile, CRM candidate records, conversations and messages you participated in, and stored photos associated with your account.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What we keep

We may retain anonymized billing records, fraud-prevention logs, and data we are required to keep by law. We do not keep your messages or profile after deletion.
