Child Safety Standards

Effective date: May 6, 2026

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

OKO Labs Inc., operator of WhichFrat (the "Service"), maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any account engaged in producing, soliciting, sharing, or distributing CSAM, or in conduct that endangers minors, will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Eligibility

The Service is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. WhichFrat is designed for college students participating in fraternity and sorority recruitment, an activity that requires legal adulthood at participating institutions. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated.

3. Prevention Measures

  • Age confirmation during onboarding (18+ required)
  • Email verification at sign-up; institutional ".edu" addresses preferred
  • Server-side moderation of message content for known CSAM signatures
  • Rate limiting on messaging and content posting to deter abusive behavior
  • Active monitoring of reports and removal within 24 hours of credible complaints

4. Reporting CSAE or CSAM

If you encounter content or behavior on WhichFrat that violates these standards, contact our safety team immediately at support@whichfrat.com. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

For urgent reports involving the safety of a child in the United States, contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-843-5678. Outside the U.S., contact INHOPE to find your country's reporting hotline.

5. Compliance and Reporting to Authorities

OKO Labs complies with all applicable child safety laws, including the United States federal reporting requirement under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. We report apparent violations of CSAE laws to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
