1. Acceptance

By using WhichFrat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Students must be enrolled at an accredited university and use a valid .edu email address. Chapter accounts must be authorized representatives of their chapter.

3. Student Accounts

Student use of WhichFrat is free. Students grant WhichFrat a limited license to use their values profile data to generate chapter match scores. Students may delete their account at any time.

4. Chapter Subscriptions

Chapter plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Billing is based on monthly active users (MAU), capped at $500/mo. Cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Payments via Stripe Connect

Dues collection and event ticketing use Stripe Connect. WhichFrat acts as a platform; funds are transferred directly to the chapter's connected Stripe account. WhichFrat is not responsible for disputes between chapters and their members.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use WhichFrat to harass, discriminate, or misrepresent yourself or your chapter. Automated scraping or abuse of the API is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

WhichFrat is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the prior 12 months.
